Democracy is the best presidency simulator and the 4th game of the series is released at 2022. The UI, mod support and policy balance is improved at that version, but not much at all.
If you are not familiar with the game, it can give the impression of a giant excel sheet at first sight. You can have more fun by trying out fan-made content and mods.
